Johnny & Associates, Inc. is a talent agency formed by Johnny Kitagawa in 1962. They train and promote groups of male idols, collectively known as "Johnny's", in Japan.

KAT-TUN is a five-member group managed by Johnny & Associates, under the J-One label, that debuted in 2006. Previously a six-member group, Jin Akanishi left to pursue a solo career in 2010.
