IOI was a South Korean girl group consisting of the eleven winners of the first season of Mnet's idol survival show, Produce 101. The group consisted of trainees from 8 different agencies and was by design temporary. Their promotions officially started on May 4th, 2016. They promoted until February 2017 under YMC Entertainment, after which the girls returned to their original agencies.
